IEEE CEC 2023 will host competitions to stimulate research in evolutionary computation, promote fair evaluations, and attract congress participants.
The proposals for competitions should include descriptions of the problems addressed, motivations and expected impact on evolutionary computation, data description, evaluation procedures, established baselines, schedules, anticipated number of participants, and a biography of the main team members.
